P.E.A.C.E.

Parents Encouraging Accountability and Closure for Everyone

P.E.A.C.E., Inc. is an organization made up of parents who have lost a child to homicide. It is the brainchild of President, Teresa Evans. Sister Karen was a dedicated advocate of P.E.A.C.E., helping to organize prayer vigils for homicide victims. She loved reaching out to families who had been victimized by homicide. This fervent work eventually birthed an Annual Christmas Party for the children that have traumatized by the effects of homicide.  Today P.E.A.C.E. is spreading its wings and becoming a viable help organization in the city of Buffalo. P.E.A.C.E. not only advocates for the rights of homicide victims but also offers support to the families of homicide victims, provides linkage for funeral assistance and countless other services and conducts Prayer Vigils around the City of Buffalo for homicide victims.
